100 g of salami, mortadela, or ham diced

1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
1 sprig of thyme
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of red wine
1 1/2 cups of beef broth
salt and black pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
100 g of salami, mortadela, or ham diced

Dice the salami well
Chop the onion, garlic, parsley, and thyme
Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan
Add the onion and seasonings and sauté over low heat
Add the salami and sauté quickly, stirring well
Add the rice and stir to coat with the seasonings and make transparent
Add the red wine and when it evaporates start adding the beef broth, a little at a time, stirring until the rice is cooked
Check the seasoning and add salt and black pepper to taste
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream
Stir well and serve
