Mixture
About 1.2 kg of wheat flour
5 packets of fresh yeast for bread
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of water
1 cup of potato starch
1 and 1/2 cups of margarine
5 eggs
1 egg yolk for brushing
1 spoonful of grated cheddar cheese for dusting
Stuffing
1 cup of dry tomatoes, chopped
1 spoonful of garlic puree
1 spoonful of onion puree
Mixture

Mix the yeast with salt and warm water
Add 2 cups of flour
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes
Add the remaining mixture ingredients and knead until smooth and soft
Add the stuffing ingredients and work the dough a bit more
Distribute the dough in suitable forms for panetone and let it rise for another 30 minutes
Brush with egg yolk and dust with cheese
Bake in a medium oven.
