2 chopped onions
2 large tomato halves, seeded and chopped
1 small apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

Grind the peanuts in a blender until smooth
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the onion, tomatoes, and apple, cooking until they're tender
Add the egg, oatmeal, and enough milk to form a thick batter
Mix well
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Pour the batter into an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (170°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Serve with tomato sauce
