400g ground beef, mozzarella
2 slices of bread (80g), esmigalhadas
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped onion (40g)
Oil (for brushing)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
For the sauce
1 can of tomato pulp (400g)
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley
4 hamburger buns (200g)
200g mozzarella cheese, sliced
Lettuce and agriΓ£o leaves (for serving)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a homogeneous mass
Divide it into four parts
Braze each part on a non-stick surface, using oil for brushing
Place one part of the mixture in the mold and press to obtain a hamburger
Remove from the mold and reserve
Do the same with the remaining hamburger patties
Spread soy sauce on a 25cm diameter refractory dish
Arrange the hamburgers and flip them to be covered with the sauce
Cook in the microwave, at high power for about 5 minutes. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: place the tomato pulp with its liquid in a large refractory dish, then mash it with a fork
Add salt and olive oil, then mix
Heat in the microwave at high power for about 5 minutes
Remove from the microwave and add parsley
Cut one of the buns in half
Place 1/4 of the sauce on one half and, on top, place one of the reserved hamburgers
Fold the cheese slices in half and place them over the hamburger
Do the same with the remaining sandwiches
Heat each sandwich in the microwave at high power for about 1 minute to melt the cheese
Distribute the sandwiches among four plates and cover with the remaining bread halves
Serve with lettuce leaves alongside
