2 cups of cooked or roasted meat, cut into small cubes
2 cups of cooked and chilled macaroni, drained and refrigerated
1 medium-sized onion, peeled, chopped, and refrigerated
2 small pickled cucumbers, diced
2 tablespoons of capers
1/2 cup of vinaigrette sauce (see recipe)
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
green onion, chopped
lettuce leaves

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Mix the meat, macaroni, onion, cucumber, and capers
Add the vinaigrette sauce (without garlic) and let it rest for 1 hour
Mix the mayonnaise with mustard
Combine the two mixtures
Check the seasoning
If desired, add more mayonnaise
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
