2 cups cooked rice
2 1/2 cups ground beef (thawed)
1 can green corn
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups cooked rice

Mix half of the rice with the meat mixture
Mix the other half of the rice with the corn
Layer in two layers in a baking dish
Sprinkle with butter, oregano, and parsley
Bake at moderate temperature for 15 minutes
Serve hot and enjoy!
