Soak the bread in milk for at least half an hour
Drain and mix with ground beef, onion, garlic, flour, and egg
Season to taste with salt
Shape into 8 hamburger patties with a diameter of 10 cm
Heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to fry each hamburger
Drain on paper towels
Serve the 8 hamburgers.
