In a pan, cook the bacon in its own fat
Add the butter and sauté the onion until it's soft and translucent
Then add the corn flour flakes
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and incorporate the chopped nuts, rehydrated white raisins, and black pepper
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the farofa is golden brown and crispy
Be careful not to burn it
Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
