Clean each steak and cut it in half. Reserve
In a pan, combine the garlic, agria leaves, and olive oil
Heat over medium heat until the agria leaves wilt and the garlic starts to brown
Add the beef broth
Mix well
Remove from heat
Blend in a blender with the flour
Return the mixture to the pan, add butter or margarine, and stir until thickened. Reserve
In a skillet, melt a small amount of butter
Heat over medium heat until hot
Fry each steak individually
Serve hot with the sauce
