1 kg of mignon fillet
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons of red wine
1 kg of mignon fillet

Heat the butter or margarine and olive oil in a skillet over high heat
Add the beef, cut into steaks, and cook rapidly for 2-3 minutes per side; remove to a warm plate
In the same skillet, add the chopped green onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper
Cook slowly for about 3 minutes
Add the red wine and let it simmer again
Pour over the beef and serve immediately
