1 kg of finely cut fillet mignon
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
4 slices of cooked prosciutto, well chopped
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1 lime cut into wedges
1 kg of finely cut fillet mignon

Coat the fillet mignon in flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Fry in hot butter or margarine until browned on both sides
Remove the fillet to a serving dish
In the same pan, combine the chopped prosciutto, onion, and parsley
Fry for a few minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir well, and add the chicken broth
Cook, stirring until thickened
Add the fillet and simmer
Check the seasoning and serve immediately with lime wedges.
