Season the steaks with garlic, salt, and pepper
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the steaks to your desired level of doneness
Remove the steaks and set aside
Leave the butter in the skillet, add the mushrooms, and cook over low heat until they start to brown, about 5 minutes
Add the beef broth and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes over low heat
Remove from heat and serve over the steaks
Serve 4 ways.
