1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
1 can of tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
to taste
a few drops of lemon juice
18 slices of white bread
anchovy paste
1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
1 can of tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
to taste

anchovy paste
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve it in a double boiler
Add 1 cup of mayonnaise
Let the mixture thicken while preparing the tuna sandwiches
Mix together the tuna, remaining 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt and lemon juice
Make six tuna sandwiches with three layers each (if not, add more filling)
Arrange these six sandwiches side by side in a baking dish
Cover with the mixture of mayonnaise and gelatin to resemble a cake
Refrigerate until the mayonnaise is firm
Garnish with anchovy paste, marking the six sections
