1/2 cup of cassava flour
500g of carioca beans
250g of small-diced bacon
2 mashed garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
1 dash of black pepper

Step 1: Soak the beans for 2 hours
Step 2: Place them in a pressure cooker with 4 inches of water
Cook for 20 minutes
Drain and reserve
Fry the bacon in a skillet until golden brown, then set aside
Step 3: Refry the garlic and onion in the remaining fat
Add the beans, bacon, and pepper
Mix well
Add the cassava flour gradually, stirring always
Garnish with green onions and salsa.
