Sift the flour, yeast, and salt into a bowl
Cut in the butter until it forms a crumbly mixture
Mix in the milk to create a dough-like consistency
Do not overwork
Knead the dough lightly 10 times
Roll out the dough to form a circle with a diameter of 25 cm
Place the dough into an oiled, ring-shaped mold with a diameter of 22.5 cm and a height of 1 cm
For the topping: Mix together the ketchup, olive oil, and oregano in a bowl
Spread it evenly over the dough
Cover the top with sausage slices, black olives, and sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 15-18 minutes
