Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil
Add salt to taste and add the pasta
Cook according to package instructions
Meanwhile, mix together yogurt and garlic until smooth
When the pasta is done, drain and return it to the pot
Add butter, stir vigorously with a spoon, and transfer to a serving bowl
Sprinkle with pepper flakes, grated cheese, and serve immediately, garnished with fresh oregano.
