60 g of cured ham

In a bowl, beat the ricotta with the butter
Add the flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more
Place this mixture on a floured surface and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin
Cut into slices of 3 to 5 cm in diameter
Place approximately 1/4 teaspoon of cured ham in the center of each slice, dampen the edge, fold in half, and press firmly around, so that it doesn't open while baking
Refrigerate until almost serving time
Then, bake in a moderate oven (170°C)
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden, and serve
