Dough: In a blender, combine vegetable broth, eggs, olive oil, cream cheese, and plain yogurt
Blend until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, gradually adding all-purpose flour
Stir constantly until the dough forms a smooth mass
Filling: In a pan, melt butter, sauté onion and garlic until golden brown
Add shredded chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and cream cheese
Mix well
Shape the filling into small balls
Dip each ball in beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil.
