Clean the sardines
Eggs them with salt and pepper
Mix together breadcrumbs, remaining ingredients, minus butter
Stuff the sardines with the mixture
Place the fish in a refrigerated baking dish greased with butter
Baste with butter cubes, put it in the oven for 20 minutes or until the sardines are cooked
Serve 4 portions.
