500 g of mussels with shells, well washed and scrubbed.
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste

In a large pan, fry the onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until they are softened (about 3 minutes)
Add the curry powder, water, and white wine, and let it come to a boil
Add the mussels and cook with the lid on until they open (about 5 minutes)
Serve hot, discarding any unopened mussels
Sprinkle with cilantro and salt
Serve warm
