9 sweetwater fish fillets (2.5 to 3 kg)

1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard powder
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice

Blend all the seasoning ingredients in a blender
Place the fish fillets in a saucepan, add the seasonings, cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and some sauce has formed
Serve hot with 4 to 6 servings
