Mix the ground beef with the salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, milk, and onion
Place it in a bundt pan of about 25 x 12 cm
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour
Let it cool down for about 10 minutes and then place it on a serving plate
Cut the beef into quarters at the halfway mark
Place the cheese slices between these quarters and put it back in the oven just to melt the cheese slightly
Arrange it on a platter and garnish with parsley
Serve 6-8 portions.
