2 small chicken thighs, bone-in and skinless (750 g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 tablespoons of orange juice (600 ml)
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
8 drops of hot pepper sauce
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400°F (queting)
Season the chicken with salt and place in a medium-sized baking dish
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Brush the chicken with this mixture
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes
Remove the foil and keep the chicken in the oven, basting with the sauce occasionally until it is lightly golden brown
Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately
