1/2 kg of ground beef

Sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of cream cheese soured with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
zest of 1 orange, grated
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 kg of ground beef

Prepare the meatballs: mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs
Add 1/2 cup of orange juice
Form 24 meatballs
Fry the meatballs in a non-stick skillet with no oil over low heat
Add the remaining orange juice
Cover the skillet and let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes
Prepare the sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, and mix well until the flour is lightly toasted
Add the cream cheese soured with lemon juice, some Worcestershire sauce, grated zest of 1 orange, and orange juice
Let it warm up
Arrange the meatballs on a plate, cover them with the sauce, and sprinkle with more chopped parsley if desired
Serve 24 meatballs.
