Soak the bread slices in vegetable broth and tear them apart

In a baking dish, combine the bread, ground beef, cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix until a uniform mass forms

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
Boil them with salt, then drain

In a greased form (with butter), layer the potato slices and drizzle with olive oil

Top with the meat mass, pressing well to adhere
Drizzle with milk and distribute small pieces of butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
