1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high
Add the onion, tomatoes, and ground beef
Cook until browned
Set aside
2 In a separate bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, egg, butter, salt, and parsley
Mix well to form a smooth paste
3 In a baking dish, spread the ground beef evenly and cover with the potato mixture
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top and bake until golden brown
Serving immediately.
