2 tablespoons of olive oil

Cut the bell peppers into strips
You will need two cups of each, green and red
Poke the linguicas in various places with a fork
Place them in a pot and add half an inch of water
Let it boil
Cover the pot, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes
Remove the cover; drain off the fat and water
Turn up the heat and fry the linguicas until they're golden brown, turning them frequently
Remove the linguicas and keep them warm
Add olive oil, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers to the same pot
Mix well
Cook covered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes
Cut the peanuts (without cutting off) into long strips
Spread mustard on the cut sides
Press down slightly on the peanut meat so that the filling can fit inside
Fill each sandwich with two linguicas, one next to the other, to make a large linguica shape and add some vegetable mix
Make 6 sandwiches.
