1 packet of active dry yeast
1/4 cup of warm water
1 cup of boiling water
1 cup of wheat flour
3/4 cup of lukewarm milk (previously warmed to the point of boiling)
1/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
125g of melted butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten or 2 egg yolks
4-5 cups of all-purpose flour

Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Pour the boiling water over the wheat flour in a large bowl
Let it cool slightly
Combine the lukewarm milk, sugar, salt, melted butter or margarine, and egg or eggs
Add the dissolved yeast
Gradually add the all-purpose flour until a firm dough forms
Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a protected area for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Form small balls and place three to each mini muffin tin
Cover and let rise for another hour
Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
