Mix the flour and salt together
Add the butter in small pieces
Combine with the hands with the water
Work the dough until it's smooth
Roll out the dough on a floured surface
Cut into strips of approximately 3 cm
Fry some at the same time in hot fat, for 1 minute, turning once
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Serve hot.
