In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes or until opaque
Drain, let cool and chop well
Mix with mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and pepper. Reserve
Cut each bread slice in half using a cookie cutter with a 6 cm diameter
As needed, melt butter over medium heat, add the bread slices and fry until golden
Let it cool
Place on each bread slice a piece of lettuce and 1 tablespoon of the shrimp mixture
Decorate with salmon eggs
Yield: 32 units.
