1 golden corn or 1 large whole wheat corn bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar

Cut the corn into a cross shape almost to the bottom
Place in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil
Mix the melted butter or margarine with 1/4 cup of honey
Put spoonfuls on top of the corn, allowing the liquid to drain between the cuts
Mix together the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and brown sugar, and sprinkle over the corn, allowing it to fall between the cuts
Drizzle with the remaining honey
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
