Place the flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a blender with 3/4 cup of water
Beta well to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for two to three hours
Heat the butter over medium heat until it starts to brown
With it, grease a baking dish measuring 23 x 35 cm
Pour the prepared dough into the baking dish and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200°C and continue baking for about 30 minutes, until golden brown
Serve cut into squares
It makes about 15 pieces.
