Made with six potatoes, 1 can of cream of tartar-free milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

Grease a baking dish with butter
Place a layer of the mixture on the baking dish, cover it with half of the ham and mozzarella cheese
Add another layer of the mixture, making four wells in the dough with a ring or spoon
Each well should be deep enough to hold one egg inside
Separate the whites from the yolks of the four eggs
Fill each well first with the white and then with the yolk
Cover the spaces between the eggs with the remaining ham and mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle oregano and sage and bake the baking dish in the oven until the eggs are cooked.
