4 fish fillets (cod, hake)
1 mashed garlic clove
Lime juice from 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
Peeled and chopped onion
Peeled and cubed carrot
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Sliced potato for serving
Frying oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the fillets with salt, garlic, and lime juice
Set aside
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot until tender
Dust the mixture with all-purpose flour and let it brown slightly
Add the white wine and season with salt and black pepper
Let it simmer
Reduce the heat and add the tomato sauce and boiled potato
Simmer for a few minutes
Fry the fillets and place them in the sauce
Let it come to a boil, then serve immediately.
