1/2 pound of fish fillets

Grease a bundt pan with aluminum foil and leave some overhang on the sides. Reserve
Season the fish with salt and pepper
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Spread a little rosemary and herbs on the bottom of the pan
Top with a layer of fish, then onions
Repeat the process one more time, finishing with a layer of fish
If possible, repeat the operation again
Close the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and demold
Serve hot or cold.
