Cook the green beans in water
Sauté the parsley and chopped onion in margarine and butter
Then, add to the cooked green beans, along with bell pepper
Let it cook for a few more minutes
Mix the green beans with cooked rice, like a risotto, adding cubed cheese
Prepare the beef roulade by slicing it into four pieces
Cut the beef roulade into four slices
Sauté it in margarine and butter with sliced red onion
Prepare pancake batter
Sauté chopped red onion in olive oil
Add cubed beef, butter, and garlic
After well sautéed, transfer to a pilaf pan, with a handful of cassava flour
Knead everything for about 10 minutes, adding more flour as needed until the meat is shredded
When a type of farofa forms, it's ready.
