For the stew,
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
¼ cup of olive oil
1 small turkey, roasted and cut into pieces or leftover turkey (including the carcass)
1 kg of smoked sausage, sliced
4 liters of chicken broth
4 large potatoes
4 large carrots
500g of sweet potatoes
2 green chilies, cut in half lengthwise
1 medium cabbage, cut into 4 pieces
1 small onion
4 bananas
½ pepper
1 bunch of scallions without the tough part of the stem
500g of pork tenderloin, cut into pieces
500g of squash
500g of okra
8 hard-boiled eggs
Salt to taste
For the crust,
½ cup of cornmeal flour
For the stew,

For the crust,
½ cup of cornmeal flour
Prepare the stew: In a large pot, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until golden brown
Add the turkey pieces, sausage, and chicken broth
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Add the potatoes, carrots, and sweet potatoes
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, or until tender
Add the remaining ingredients except the eggs
Season with salt and let it cook until the vegetables are tender
Use a skimmer to remove the meat, sausage, bananas, vegetables, and divide into serving plates
Top each plate with a hard-boiled egg and spoon some of the cooking broth over it
Keep warm
Prepare the crust: Gradually add the cornmeal flour to the remaining cooking broth - about 2 liters, stirring constantly without stopping
Season with salt and bring to a low simmer, stirring constantly until bubbles form. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: Blend all ingredients in a blender
Season with salt
Serve in a serving dish alongside the stew and crust.
