Fry the bacon and onion until the onion is golden brown, stirring frequently
Add the ground meat and fry until it's lightly browned, stirring occasionally
Sprinkle with spices and garlic
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the tomato extract
Add the beef broth, stir, cover, and let it simmer
Reduce heat and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is tender
Add potatoes and sausage, and let it simmer until the potatoes are cooked
If necessary, add more broth
