Peel, wash, and clean the shrimp
Beat the eggs, then pass the shrimp through them and coat in breadcrumbs
Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, cook the shrimp until they float to the surface; they're done
Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat, add the raisins and when they puff up (don't let them burn), add the cooked rice
Mix with a fork
To serve, decorate a skewer, place the rice on a plate and put the shrimp on top of it
Serve warm
