Remove the skin and bones from the cod, without leaving any moisture behind
Wash it thoroughly in cold running water until it is well white
Squeeze out as much liquid as possible and shred it like you would wash a cloth
Spread the cod fibers onto a baking dish and cover with potato
Sprinkle the cooked egg over it and reserve
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, onion, lemon juice, and grated carrot
Beat well and pour over the baking dish
