In a heated skillet greased with olive oil, combine the egg, prosciutto, and mozzarella
Use a fork to mix until the egg is cooked through
Assemble the wrap: place the egg mixture over the warmed bread
Add the lettuce, fold in the sides of the bread, and roll up
Cut in half and serve.
