1 Flake the cooked fish with your hands, removing any bones
Mix the cooked and chopped spinach, flour, and egg
2 Season with salt and black pepper
If you prefer a firmer mixture, add more flour
3 Shape the fish cakes: pass some of the mixture from one spoon to another, giving them an elongated shape
3 Heat the oil and fry the patties directly from the spoon
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately.
