2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs, blended into a paste
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of chopped parsley
4 crispy fried bacon strips, crumbled
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of English mustard
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half and peeled

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Grease a baking dish
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and bacon
Melt the butter or margarine and add the garlic
Fry for 1 minute
Remove from heat and stir in the English mustard and mustard
Marinate the chicken pieces in the melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture
Arrange in the baking dish and top with remaining butter
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
