1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar

Cook the sweet potatoes and let them cool
Cut the prosciutto into slices
Alternate layers of prosciutto, pineapple, and sweet potato on skewers
Dip the skewers in the melted butter and grill or bake until the sweet potatoes are golden brown
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and drizzle with any remaining butter
Bake or grill again until the skewers have a golden-brown glaze.
