Mix the ground meat with previously soaked and well-drained breadcrumbs, two eggs, mustard, and tomato extract
Blend everything very well
Chop the onion and bacon into small pieces and add them to the meat mixture
Season everything to taste
Cook 2 eggs for 7 minutes
Then, shock them in cold water and peel them
Shape a long format to the ground meat mixture
Find the center of the mass and place the hard-boiled eggs within this depression and cover with the meat

Put a little bit of oil on a baking sheet and heat it up in the oven
