1 1/4 kg of Ground Meat
3 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup of pickles, chopped
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 large onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of bread, cut into small cubes
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Sauce
2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 1/4 kg of Ground Meat

Combine all ingredients except the sauce
Place in an English-style loaf pan, approximately 22 x 12 x 7 cm
Make some superficial cuts on the top of the meatloaf with a knife
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour
Mix melted butter or margarine with parsley
Unmold the meatloaf and then cover it with the sauce
Let it rest for 8 to 10 hours.
