Prepare the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the beef in its own fat
When it's nicely browned, add butter slowly, frying until golden
Serve with creamy leek sauce, white rice, buttered farofa, and vinegar-based dressing
Prepare the leeks
Heat the cream of leite with butter and salt over medium heat
Add flour and milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened like a baby's porridge
Prepare the farofa
Sauté some onion in butter
Add a little water
When the water is warm, add cassava flour, coriander, and salt
Fry until golden.
