Fry the sausages in 1 tablespoon of butter on all sides
Beat the eggs in a bowl
Season with salt and black pepper
Add half of the chopped scallions
Make scrambled eggs by combining some beaten eggs and a little butter each time
When serving, combine the sausages and sprinkle with the remaining green scallion.
