Make the skewers: alternate the smoked linguiça, cucumber, pork loin, red bell pepper, chicken breast, and so on, finishing with a piece of pork loin
Mix the sauce ingredients
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan
Cook the skewers covered for about 7 minutes
Add the sauce, cover, and cook slowly for 10 minutes
Flip, cover with the sauce, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes
Dust each skewer with a little Parmesan cheese
Serve 7 skewers.
