2 medium onions, finely chopped salt to taste

black pepper to taste
250g pork mince
3 beef steaks 22.5cm x 15cm x 1.5cm thick
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon lard
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 green peppers, cut into pieces

Mix chopped onion with salt, garlic, black pepper, and pork mince
Divide the mixture into 3 parts
Place each part of the mixture on top of each beef steak and add 2 hard-boiled eggs
Roll up each steak and secure with a thick thread
Fry the remaining onion in lard in a pan over low heat until lightly browned
Add the rolled-up steaks to the pan, cover, and cook for 5-10 minutes
Add 1 cup of water, paprika, tomato puree, and green peppers to the pan
Cook over low heat with the lid on for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender
Remove the meat from the pan, beat the sauce in a blender or press it through a sieve
Taste and adjust the seasoning
Remove the thread from the steaks, place them back in the pan with the sauce, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes
Serve sliced beef with white rice
